I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico - "the City Different" in "the Land of Enchantment" - where I have been creating and maintaining web sites for artists, art galleries, colleges, social service organizations, an organic farm, a music label, etc., since 2001. Before coming to Santa Fe, I worked for a year in the New Media department of Student Advantage, a marketing company in Boston, MA. My website work started even earlier, in 1996, when the number of web sites on the world wide web was still tiny and one could make a web site with html only.

Today, I draw from long experience with html/Dreamweaver, Photoshop, JavaScript, php, Flash, and other web design tools, in addition to extensive knowledge and skills in image enhancement as well as in how to best optimize a web site for the search engines. I take pride in being exceptionally responsible, reliable and prompt in attending to my clients' web sites. Although I mostly work alone, I sometimes call on the expertise of a trusted small network of colleagues with specialty knowledge in different areas of web design and programming.

I am originally from Bulgaria, where in my student years I was involved in the creation and management of the first Bulgarian private radio station, radio AURA (1992 - 1995). I obtained a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the American University in Bulgaria in 1995, then I moved to the U.S. I received an MA in Liberal Arts (Western Classics) from St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM, in 2003.

I have a passion for traveling. I have been to many parts of Europe, the U.S. and Canada. I spent a year traveling through Europe in 2005-2006, based mostly in Florence, Italy and in Aix en Provence, France - where, when I was not too busy with my web design business, I admired the art, architecture and nature and enjoyed the good food, coffee, and wine.

I find greatest pleasure in creating and developing professional web sites for art galleries and individual artists, but when it comes to web design, I enjoy working with any business that needs a web site, or a better one.
